Prestige Prep is a leading NYC Academic Tutoring company specializing in test prep and the common anxiety issues that come with a student taking an important exam.

Problem, Goals, Objective

Selecting the “right” tutoring company is often a stressful and exhausting process if you don’t know who to hire. With numerous choices in Manhattan, Prestige Prep needed to stand out amongst their competitors. With over 1 million students in New York City, developing a brand awareness strategy was a critical component to the marketing strategy. Through analysis of their former website, we quickly saw a need to build a new website.

Our Process

The first step was to thoroughly review Google Analytics and create a new content site architecture for the website. This allowed us to organize and simply the navigation on the website to put the content that mattered most in the forefront and make it easily accessible for busy parents to get the information they were looking for. During market research we reviewed the top 5 competitor websites to see where they fell short and to ensure the new Prestige Prep website stood out from the crowd.

The Solution

A new responsive WordPress website was designed to use rich conceptual photography that complemented the content throughout the website. An integration to SharpSpring’s automated marketing platform allowed us to create a content marketing strategy which sends one-off emails to prospective clients based on the services they are expressing interest in. We utilized this same system to send “abandon cart” style emails to those who expressed interest, but did not fill out a form on the website.

  • 15% Increase in numbers of pages viewed per visit
